Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement, all intellectual property rights for work created by ESMA Cloud Systems remain with the client upon full payment. Our tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

We strive to deliver high-quality services but provide them "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
